How to view/ edit application access information of an account?

Step 1:

  • Open a specific account, go to ‘Related’ tab; under ‘Account Features & Access’, all application accesses that this account has is visible here; now click on a specific Access Number to view additional application information

Step 2:

  • Information pertaining to account features and access can be seen as in the image below

Step 3:

  • ‘Edit’ button can also be clicked on to edit information

Step 4:

  • Once ‘Edit’ button is clicked, a pop-up window appears (as in the image below); edit information and click on ‘Save’

Step 5:

  • To assign subscription of this account to a user, click on ‘Assign Subscription’ button

Step 6:

  • A pop-up window appears as shown in the image below; select the role, and further choose the users by clicking on their names and using the arrow symbols highlighted below; click on ‘Save’

Step 7:

  • A pop-up window appears as shown in the image below; select the role, and further choose the users by clicking on their names and using the arrow symbols highlighted below; click on ‘Save’

Step 8:

  • Once ‘Deactivate’ button is clicked, a pop-up window appears (as in the image below); choose reason from dropdown list and click on ‘Deactivate’
